1. Pet policy: up to 2 Dogs allowed, pet fee applies ($25 per dog per stay). Dogs only; no cats or other animals. Please keep dogs off of the furniture. Excessive pet hair, soiled, carpets, or furniture may result in an additional cleaning fee. 2. We’re happy to host quiet, low-key celebrations as long as they are kept within the maximum number of guests allowed on the reservation. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level at all times. Large parties, loud or disruptive events, and any gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized events or extra guests may result in additional fees and/or immediate cancellation of the reservation. Thank you for helping us keep the space comfortable and enjoyable for everyone! 3. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM; please respect our neighbors. 4. This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking (cigarettes, cannabis, vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will incur a minimum additional $250-$500 deep cleaning fee (ozone generator/service charges) charged to the security deposit. 5. Please remove your shoes when entering the home. 6. Hot tub: please shower prior to use. Remove the “frog“/floating chlorine dispenser from the water during use and replace it immediately after use. After each use of the hot tub, open one packet of “frog maintain”, which you will find in the compartment under the top step of the hot tub, into the water and leave the hot tub running for 30 minutes, then replace the lid. This is critical to keeping the water sanitized.
